From the reviews

Misty is amazing! Hands down best massages I’ve gotten. I’ve gone to her 3-4 times in the past 4 months and feel very relieved of my pain afterwards. She used a variety of different techniques including deep tissue, muscle scrapping, shockwave therapy, and cupping. Highly recommend for any athletes in pain!

Misty is killer! I mean that in so many ways! First of all the shockwave therapy is a GAME CHANGER!! It has relived so much pain and inflammation in my wrist it’s wild. Second her massage is so deep, and she has worked out so much pain and tension in my body.

Misty has changed my life. My first appointment I went to her with headaches and sooo much pain/tightness in my neck and shoulders from overuse at work. In just a one hour session I was pain and headache free for 6 months. Today I went back with the same problems. I left feeling sooo much better.

★★★★★ — Lhea, Mar 2025

As a bodybuilder I understand the importance of therapy to keep me in the game. Their is no other person that I would trust my care too. In just 3 months Misty has made changes to my recovery and performance that are priceless.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
