From the reviews
I've been purposefully waiting and hoping that I'd be in a position to write this review. I now finally feel confident that Dr. Casey has delivered on his word and I have to sing his praises. Dr. Casey goes above and beyond to diagnosis problems and to dig in and help to resolve them.
Casey is absolutely wonderful! He’s done an excellent job educating me on my body and what exercises to work on in between our appointments. My mobility has improved tremendously and I feel more energized. He has also helped my with jaw pain from an old trauma accident.
After being involved in a fender bender a few months ago, I reached out to Movement Spine & Sport and from the very first call, Dr. Casey Scheneible and Dr. Ryan Lesik immediately stepped into action with a clear game plan for my recovery.
I highly recommend Movement Spine & Sport! They really took the time to understand me and my concerns, creating a personalized treatment plan that fits my needs. Before any adjustments, they do some hands-on work, including soft tissue techniques, which makes a big difference. They’re not your average chiropractor.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
