From the reviews
I’ve been seeing Dr. Whitney since 2016, she’s supported me through 2 pregnancies and some minor crossfit injuries. I’ve also seen her for some random areas that were bothering me and she always knows how to find the root cause and get after it whether it’s by traditional methods or with some extra help of dry needles…
Hannah is the best. If you want a walk in, 10 minute snap and crack shop ..... this isn't for you. They give true care with deep tissue work, and if needed, dry needling, cupping and then will adjust you accordingly. These guys separate themselves from the rest of the chiropractic world. ......
Dr. Whitney saw my newborn for constipation and limited movement turning her head. After the first visit, that day she had improved head movement. That week the constipation was fixed and we haven’t had a problem since! After the second visit, I see no limited movement in either direction when she turns her head.
Dr. Hannah was wonderful with me..Not being a big believer in chiropractic medicine, she made me into a believer..my hip feels so good after just a few minutes under her care..She takes a lot of time explaining what she is doing and why. i highly recommend her for any issues. I know i will return if needed.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
