From the reviews
I have many problems with my back, I have had surgery and many different things done to relieve pain and I have problems walking. So we find Dr. Wells to work on my muscles, he has helped me greatly streching, pushing around my muscles and also does suction techniques all of these procedures has made me walk and life…
I injured my back several years ago resulting in a herniated disc in my lower back. I went to see Dr. Wells after I hurt it again picking up my daughter. I had immediate results after my first visit especially with the ART technique that he used that relieved the sore muscles around my spine.
I have been to spine clinics and doctors none of which have been able to decrease my back pain. My wife found a unique Chiropractic Clinic and made me an appointment. I was skeptical because nothing has helped. After the first visit I had more flexibility and less pain.
Since I don't have a google account, I'm going through the trouble of writing this review through my wife profile, because I'm now a believer. If you've given up on chiropractors, you may want to give Mountaineer one last chance as I did. I've had chronic lower back pain and problems my whole adult life.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
