From the reviews
Cassie and Emily are truly exceptional therapists. Their care and compassion are unmatched, and they go above and beyond to help in any way they can. They make therapy enjoyable and genuinely prioritize their patients' well-being.
I worked with Cassie, Halle, Emily, Deborah, and Olivia (an intern) They were all very professional, encouraging, and answered all my questions. I would recommend this facility to anyone My doctor recommended it, too Even the receptionist was cheerful and friendly. If you need PT, this is the place to come.
InMotion is the best as far as being efficient with what they do with their time. They are kind and fun to be with as you are working on becoming healthy again. Cassie works very hard to help me overcome back issues to get back on the pickleball court. I appreciate how hard she works for me.
The girls at In Motion have been wonderful to me. I have been a unique case and they have been patient and and worked with me. They make me feel better every time I go to see them.❤️
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
