Really had a great experience working with Trevor Johnson at Mountain Land Rehab in Ivins! He was very helpful and professional, and really knew what I needed to work on to recover from total knee replacement. He was always encouraging and realistic, and helped me reach the goals needed for movement and strength.
The entire group is super great. They all treat me as the most important client they have. All of my questions are not only answered but they give me instructions with photos attached so I can continue to do the exercises at home.
Adam is Amazing! He helped my Husband trough a very hard time in his life. So many times he wanted to give up. Adam never gave up on him. Maybe I am biased, but for me Adam is the best Physical Therapist in Southern UT. If someone asks me, I always recommend Mountain Land Physical Therapy in Ivins. Love you Guys
I have received excellent PT from the group on Center Street in Ivins, Utah on two previous occasions for long term treatment and recovered over a period of time beautifully.First time, it was a broken wrist; and the second time it was a total ankle replacement and ligament replacement.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
