I had sore shoulder and back and hence thought of taking a massage. After reviewing several ratings and reviews I chose this one. Place is very neat and clean. They have many rooms and also have couple massage rooms. This place takes credit card without any surcharge.
I’ve been visiting this massage place for a couple of months now, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment you step in, you're greeted by a calming and relaxing ambience that instantly puts you at ease. I initially found the place through a Groupon, and after my first session, I was hooked.
Excellent experience at Moodup. My therapist was Sally. A tiny lady with healing in hands. I had said a special intention before going. I asked my spiritual guides to lead me to someone that had intuitive touch. As a former LMT, I’m quite particular about massage techniques. Sally was an All Star!!!
Went in for a couples massage. There was a special through their direct website. $189 for a 90 minute couples massage. This included: hot stones, aroma/essential oil therapy, and a body scrub.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
