From the reviews
I've been using Dr Jess for about 7 years. She's great about accommodating my crazy schedule and always gets me in when I'm in a pinch. Love the multitude of services that she offers including adjustments, cupping, dry needling, red light therapy, and more.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jess and her chiropractic clinic. After struggling with migraines and back pain for years, and trying several bouts of physical therapy without success, I finally found relief through Dr. Jess's treatments. Her approach has truly been life-changing for me.
Let me start by saying, Jessica is an awesome Physician to work with! She is the first Chiropractor I went to and is always ready to over all my concerns and questions. It's easy to be intimidated by online accounts of the profession but, she combated all those preconceived notions right off the bat.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jess for nearly 10 years, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She truly listens and develops treatments tailored to my needs. What began as occasional spot treatments has evolved into a weekly wellness routine I now prioritize. Most recently, Dr.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
