From the reviews

Misty was my missing piece in a long breast cancer battle. I cannot even express how much her massage, cupping, and knowledge helped with my recovery. She offers a very relaxing and personal approach. She has been able to help with my double mastectomy scares, radiation skin and numbness after my hysterectomy.

★★★★★ — Borchert, Dec 2022

Misty is the BEST in the business hands-down. I recommend her to anyone for back and neck pain relief. I come in with pain in my lower back, and she will find the source is actually in my shoulder. She can use whatever method you request, but I prefer just to let her do what she thinks is best.

Misty is a phenomenal therapist - she listened to me and understood exactly what my issues were. I was fairly depressed about not being able to be active due to IT band and lower back pain - but now I am starting to heal, thanks to her work. I can climb stairs again with no pain! 😊😊😊

Very knowledgeable massage therapist. I'd go in with a bad headache due to my neck or back being tight and leave feeling so much better! Highly recommend her

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
