From the reviews

Lacey is an extremely talented, professional, and caring massage therapist! I received an excellent deep tissue massage and cupping therapy at her new location recently and enjoyed it immensely. Her experience and knowledge in this field is A+.

★★★★★ — Amanda, Aug 2025

If you're looking for a massage that not only feels good but helps solve your pain, give Lacey a try. Lacey's massages are like no others. I've been to many massage therapists over the years and Lacey is special. She knows how to get into the tight and painful muscles and coax them to release.

★★★★★ — Shoey, Jan 2026

Lacey is phenomenal at what she does! I am very picky with my deep tissue massage needs and she has exceeded them every time. I cannot recommend her enough!

★★★★★ — Amy, Jan 2026

I have been going to Lacey for about 6 months now, once a month, and it has been a game changer for me. I work a very physical job, standing all day, lifting, using every muscle in my body it feels like, and I know its getting close to massage time when I start to feel too stiff.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
