From the reviews
Ruby gave me the BEST massage I've ever had! I've had A LOT of massages. She used perfect pressure, explained what she was doing, answered all my questions, was able to find all my hot spots and work them out.
HUGE shout out to Ruby!! After many years of chiropractor visits and several massages later, my back FINALLY feels relieved 🙌🏽 Definitely worth the trip from Sioux Falls!
I have only been there twice but both times I've seen Ruby. She is an excellent massage therapist and I always feel so much better after visiting there in both mind and body so the name of your business truly says it all.
Sandi: I wish I could give Lonnie a perfect 10 stars!! My friend has had a migraine for four months. He has seen multiple doctors, been to the ER, went to chiropractors, saw a neurologist. All with no relief. Today I convinced him to see Lonnie.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
