From the reviews
I cannot recommend Kelsey highly enough. As an Army veteran, I have my fair share of musculoskeletal issues. Massage, acupuncture, and chiropractic care have offered me the greatest relief but with massage, there are many different types. I'll be honest in that I haven't had a simple relaxation massage from Kelsey.
Kelsey’s massage was great! She worked on some of my problem areas, and I woke up feeling amazing the next day. Very professional, relaxing, and helped so much with some soreness and pain I’ve been having. Highly recommend!
Amazing massage and very friendly. She helps to keep your mind off those annoying knots that she's working out. I always get that hurts so good feeling, during my massage! She's great! Definitely recommend!
Kelsey actually takes the time to hear your concerns before work begins to ensure she is addressing the problem areas. Very knowledgable and hands down the best massage I have had!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
