From the reviews

Shannon is the absolute best massage therapist I have ever had and I’ve had several. She’s so amazing that I book my appointments out every other week to make sure I see her. I have fibromyalgia and chronic pain. I can’t take medication so I rely on Shannon. She does wonders.

★★★★★ — Audra, May 2026

Shannon has been my message therapist for the past 5 years. She is hands down the best therapist I have seen. She has provided relief to my back and neck, and helped me rehabilitate after knee surgery. I would recommend Shannon to anyone looking for a massage therapist.

★★★★★ — Jim, Mar 2025

I booked lymphatic drainage massages with Shannon leading up to my wedding and wedding shower, and it was truly one of the best decisions I made during that busy time! Shannon was so kind, calming, and professional. She took the time to explain everything and made each session feel like a reset for my body and mind.

★★★★★ — Kaitlyn, Oct 2025

I think this was the best massage I've ever had. Shannon hit every knot and painful muscle issue i had, more than I even realized. I immediately scheduled my next session. Thank you thank you thank you Shannon!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
