From the reviews
I learned about Jay from a friend who comes here. She was impressed. At the time I was getting acupuncture from my chiropractor who submitted the claims for me. I hestitated because of the insurance ordeal.
My husband was able to be seen right away for acute neck, back and joint pain. He has received very favorable outcomes from treatments. I liked the energy and atmosphere of the office reception area when waiting for my husband.

Jay is awesome. He understands health and wellness at a level that western medicine completely ignores. I had been sick almost a year and doctors would just shrug. He focuses on the reasons for your ailments rather than just giving people pills for everything. It's refreshing to see.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
