From the reviews
Emily was amazing from the start with our introduction phone call throughout every session I had. She is so well organized, personable, and punctual to say the least. I did several sessions with her and felt great each time when leaving and saw good changes in my overall well-being and decreased knee pain.
Emily is so great to work with while going through the Acupuncture process! She makes everything so easy and I always feel so comfortable and relaxed after my appointments! She’s super knowledgeable, and her clinic is also so adorable and cozy! Makes for an overall excellent experience. 10/10 recommend!
I began acupuncture here during the first month of my pregnancy, before I had even found out I was pregnant. I made the appointment prior to conception with the intent to help with fertility, but by time I came for my first appointment, I had already conceived.
I’ve been seeing Emily for over a year now and truly can’t recommend her enough! She is such a kind, calming soul, and you can feel how much she genuinely cares the second you walk in. She’s been with me through my whole journey, from TTC to now being pregnant, and has supported me every step of the way.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
