The studio is super cozy and aesthetically pleasing. I loved it from the moment I stepped in. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I greatly appreciate the form they send you before your visit, where they ask how you want to communicate.
I had an incredible prenatal massage with Jasmine! I came in with a lot of lower back pain, and by the end of the session, the pain was completely gone. She knew exactly what areas to focus on and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout. I’m beyond grateful and will definitely be coming back!
I’m 38 weeks pregnant and had a 90 minute prenatal massage with Jasmine- it was incredible and she has magical hands. Pressure was perfect, her energy was great, the space itself is very relaxing / smells wonderful, and they have pillow wedges so you can lay safely on your belly. 11/10 recommend.
Update on my previous review after the owner kindly reached out and offered me a 60 minute body massage. The massage was spectacular. Katherine was amazing and focused on the areas I asked. I came out of there feeling so relaxed and refreshed!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
