What are you waiting for? Book your appointment with Amy Gresl ASAP. There's no reason to prolong pain that could be eased with a regular acupuncture regimen. Amy has done wonders for my back/hip/foot pain. She listens and responds with a thorough acupuncture treatment plan at every visit.
Absolutely love this place. I started going for some general aches and pains, mainly in my right shoulder area, after taking a fall last year. I absolutely feel it has helped so much I will continue to go as needed. It is just such a relaxing experience and everytime I leave I feel relaxed and refreshed.
While I have previously had acupuncture treatments, the experience at Modern Acupuncture was far superior. I had a headache for 2-3 weeks and nothing seemed to help. After only one treatment, my headache was gone. I booked a second visit because it was such a soothing experience.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
