From the reviews
The other review is 100% accurate! Adam knows his craft and how the muscles interact. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and I am so glad I added cupping! The best massage I've had in a loooong time and I left feeling so much more relaxed and overall lighter. Highly recommend!
Adam always does a fantastic job. He's great at pinpointing tight spots and helping them release. I always feel safe and supported by him and never judged for my body. He's warm, kind, and present and makes me feel like his approach is tailored specifically to me.
Adam is an exceptional massage therapist. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the body and takes the time to understand your specific needs. His technique is both effective and soothing. I left the session feeling very relaxed and had notably less tension! Highly recommended!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
