From the reviews

I've been going to Dr. Esteban for the past month and a half 2 times a week for back and neck discomfort. Since going my hip pain and neck pain have been adjusted and minimal if any. I'm currently 5 months pregnant and feel great.

★★★★★ — Kelly, Jul 2025

I have been attending MCR chiropractic for over a decade and have always had excellent care. While I have nothing bad to say about previous doctors, Dr. Esteban is my favorite. He is professional, timely, and talented in his trade.

★★★★★ — Brianna, Jun 2025

I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours of reaching out. The front desk is super friendly and efficient. The first appointment is consultative so I had the time to provide history and concerns. Dr Tom is super supportive and provided a ton of education. I had immediate relief after my first appointment.

★★★★★ — Jessica, Mar 2024

After coming from a different practice, I am so glad I made the switch! Esteban is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to ask questions to ensure you’re on the same page and fully understand your treatment. After just a few short visits, I already feel significantly better than when I first started.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
