From the reviews

Jaime is fantastic. Knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. I’m so lucky to have found her. She has helped through two stints of PT and I know she’ll always give me the best treatment and care.

I can't say enough about Bay State Physical Therapy in Somerset. My son had chronic migraines for 2.5 years. We had tried many meds and pretty much everything else with no luck, but he started seeing improvements after just a few visits with Jaime Goss. He went 18 months without a migraine.

Outstanding care from Drew, Lisa, and Tom! I'm talking TOP NOTCH! They make you work for it! But it is worth the journey! I love how they just know how far to push me too! Even on the bad days they will bring me to the next level ever so gently! But then they know when this ol gal is at the breaking point.

★★★★★ — Kathryn, Feb 2023

I am currently a client here for PT! I have been a patient for about a month. Drew and Lisa are fantastic! I feel comfortable going there for treatment. I also appreciate that Drew is certified in dry needling. I use that as well as the exercises. I also appreciate the plan they put together to help my injury.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
