…They can handle all pressures of massage and do other types of massage such as Ashiatsu and lymphatic with addons like scraping and cupping. They also do facials and waxing. If you are looking for someone to help ease your stress and tension, look no further, this is the place!
I cannot sing the praises of the whole business enough. I’ve seen a few different people (Monica and Lauren) and they are beyond amazing at their job. I not only got a last minute appointment when my neck was out of whack but Lauren was so down to earth, honest, and so transparent.
I went in feeling like I had been folded into a lawn chair and walked out feeling like I had just been assembled straight from the factory. At one point I was pretty sure Ashlyn found muscles I didn't even know I owned. If stress is hiding anywhere in my body, it's currently packing its bags.
Lauren Hall was amazing! She had such a calming space, a truly peaceful environment. She was able to help identify my problematic areas and work those out. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. A must for an anxiety girlie!! 10 out of 10!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
