Natalie is amazing! Highly recommend! She brings on the massage gun which i love and also does cupping on my back which feels great also, both my big faves. And she totally knows what she’s doing and does it really well, i feel so relaxed when i leave. ❤️
The team at MassageCraft is professional. This was my second visit with Lisa. She is intuitive in her process and highly knowledgeable. Very impressed with her ability to map the body and understand through a navigation of tools and the meridian network. I am not fond of acupuncture, so she uses magnets instead.
The greeting at the front door was warm and inviting but the experience only got better all the way through my time at MassageCraft. Ana is so knowledgeable, professional and skillful. She listened and applied our discussion to create a truly healing experience.
I have had several acupuncture appointments here and I find Katherine, the therapist, does excellent work. She definitely takes the time to address overall and current needs. On a side note - I still want to know the full story of that jar 😉… Highly recommend!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
