From the reviews

Brittney was my massage therapist for the day. She was very welcoming and kind. She educated me about the different knots that I had throughout my back and gave me a couple tips and tricks to use at home!

★★★★★ — Abby, Jan 2026

Thalia was freaking GREAT! She did such a great job providing a high quality FULL body massage! She was very friendly and made sure to ask if I am allergic to any essential oils (I am), but the one she used was fine! I felt so relaxed and I'm a single parent of twins that doesn't get to relax often!

★★★★★ — Chelsea, Feb 2026

Samantha is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! I’ve done the deep tissue and therapeutic with her and everytime has been phenomenal! When I asked her to go a bit lighter on the deep tissue (I’m a wimp) she switched to the perfect pressure I wanted and was consistent with that new pressure the entire time!

★★★★★ — Rebecca, Mar 2026

Tiffany and Thalia were wonderful! My husband and I just enjoyed a 90 Min Couples Massage. Both listened to our individual needs. Massage was outstanding. Facility was clean and comfortable. If you’re considering with going with the bigger expensive place down the street- reconsider! We will be back!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
