I'm not from this area, but I would definitely come back. I brought my boyfriend, who lives in town, for his first ever massage. It was easy to book an appointment. Very reasonably priced. Mary and Shayla were phenomenal! They both were professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He enjoyed his experience.
Me and my husband got a couples massage today and it was wonderful! Great atmosphere, I felt really relaxed. Our massage therapists did a fantastic job! Mine especially really focused on my shoulder pain and did some really good stretching as well! Thank you ladies! We will definitely return!
Amber is amazing!! She is very skilled and friendly, and listens to her client's needs. I've had knots and spasms in my neck and back for years and I'm already improving after just a couple visits. The massages also feel amazing. Highly recommend!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
