I received a gift card for Valentine’s Day for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. When I called to make my appointment, the receptionist was very sweet, and a delight to speak with.
My first time at the new location in Davison. The massage therapist was very professional and exceptional. Chad is a very experienced therapist , one of my best massages. The only odd thing was I paid cash for an hour long service, and my receipt did not reflect the correct amount I had given.
I went to this spa for the first time today & I LOVED it! I was able to get a 60 minute hot stone massage from Jean. She is absolutely amazing! I can't wait for my next appointment with her! I highly recommend coming here! Not only are they amazing at what they do, they are also very nice people! 10/10!
I went in today for a “last minute” appointment. I needed quite a bit of length cut off, and will be donated later. Carolyn stayed late to get me taken care of. She did a wonderful job cutting, washing, and styling my hair. 10/10 would return again!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
