From the reviews

My chiropractor who shares the office space with Cindy recommended her (Dr. Mark Daly) for some shoulder and lower back issues I was having. I've seen tons of massage therapists over the years and Cindy is one of the absolute best.

Amazing deep tissue massages! Cindy takes great care to understand pain areas and what I'd like to focus on, and I can only praise the work she's done to release all the tension in my shoulders in particular. Thank you so much, Cindy!

★★★★★ — William, Mar 2025

I met Cindy through a friend. I have been suffering from neck and shoulder pain for several months. I have also sought massage from other massage masters before, and the effect is not so good. However, after I met Cindy, my neck and shoulder have obviously improved a lot after her treatment.

My first massage with Cindy and I'm quite pleased enough to want to return to work on my lower back and shoulder that's got pretty bad tendinitis. She's very attentive , communicative and wants to understand where she can work her magic and where she can leave you alone and the result is noticeable.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
