My Husband and I went and got a couples massage this month as a anniversary gift, the booking process was easy to do and we liked how we could schedule our own person to be with, this was our first time going to this facility, I had Garden who was so great!
I had an absolutely amazing massage by Madison. I had never gotten a lymphatic drainage massage before but this exceeded expectations. I feel like I was the most relaxed I’ve ever been during a massage and caught myself falling asleep several times throughout the hour. After the massage I felt light and so relaxed.
I've had massages in several cities over the past 20 years. This was one of the BEST! The atmosphere, including the aromas, the music and sounds, the lighting, the temperature....just the overall ambiance was perfect. And Aliera, the therapist was excellent. I was so relaxed when I left.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
