Took the wife for anniversary gift to have a relaxing day for a massage. It was not really relaxing at all the massage was to rough and we usually fall asleep during our massages at other places. With this experience today we didn’t feel relaxed. I don’t think we will go back.
Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. This wasn’t the typical massage—it was the Ultimate Treat. I received a sacral massage and hair treatment, and the whole experience was about soothing your mind and clearing your head. It felt deeply relaxing, restorative, and truly unique.
Absolutely amazing! My lovely boyfriend booked us a couples massage and it was amazing! The entrance to the spa is incredibly beautiful and very relaxing and I was immediately relaxed and excited for my massage. The massage room itself was very quiet, clean and smelled heavenly.
10/10 - my husband surprised me with a couples massage and it was wonderful. They are appointment only but I can see why. The whole building is clean, calm and relaxing from the moment you walk in. We did the 90 minute couples massage.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
