Grace's massage is far more professional than the vast majority of massage therapists in the Broken Arrow area. I've been traveling in the US and have been looking for a professional massage therapist. I've found that most of them have no idea what they're doing.
BEST MASSAGE IN BA!!! I have been going to Grace for about 5 years now (she used to come to my house but now her spa is so close I go there instead) and I just love her new location at Massage Miracle! I called New Year’s Eve morning and I was able to get an appointment within a couple of hours. I was having a lot upper back pain and a tension headache that was severe. Cindy is an excellent therapist. I got a fantastic massage and she really took the time to work on my trouble spots.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
