Best massage Ive ever had!!! We were visiting our daughter in Broken Arrow. I have been working long day and desperately needed to be “fixed” My first visit was in Nov and loved it so I decided to try them again.
I have gone here once a week for the last 4 weeks and have been extremely happy. I always request Lin, he has done the BEST massage I have ever had! I have a lot of tension in my lower back and neck and he always finds the knots and works them out. I am a customer for life.
My wife and I have been going to Tao Spa for years now. Grace and all her staff always do an amazing job. With 3 locations in Broken Arrow, they are able to accommodate almost any schedule request for a wide variety of therapies such as couples massages, Swedish, & deep tissue.
Ever since Covid-19 shut down my last massage place I have been looking and trying multiple new massage places trying to find a great replacement. I found it at Tao Massage! The location was clean and comfortable. Helen was nice and professional. The massage was the best I had in over 2 years. My searching has ended!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
