From the reviews
I am happy to write a review for Monica, who has been providing me with lymphatic massage services after my liposuction procedure. Monica is an exceptional massage therapist who takes her time and never rushes the session. She creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere, and I feel at ease as soon as I step into her office.
Ive done lymphatic drainage massage, reflexology and hot stone massage with Monica and I love all the services that I have done so far. I highly recommend her if you are looking for healing, she is so experience and knows exactly what you need and what is suitable.
Monica is amazing!! I went to see her for an episode of bad neck pain in which I lost a lot of range of motion. After the massage I felt immediate relief and regained most of my range of motion back. I’ve been seeing her for a few weeks now and have noticed a huge improvement.
Monica is an expert at what she does. A warm kindred spirit, she connects with you and is extremely attentive to your needs. After speaking with her for the first time, I chose her for my Lymphatic Massages post surgery based on her knowledge of my concerns and the (spot on) testimony of others.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
