From the reviews
I go to Trevor every month for a 60 massage. It’s always a great experience. It’s been a great investment in myself regarding self care. Definitely recommend.
Another great experience today! Got a hot stone massage and officially became a monthly member. The value, atmosphere, and consistency keep bringing me back. Big shoutout to Kirk, Sharalee, Shay, Myranda, and Erik. The whole team is a blast to work with and always makes me feel welcome.
The Ingersoll Ave location for Massage Heights has been incredibly welcoming, especially as someone who just moved to town. Scheduling appointments is extremely easy, and Caprice does a wonderful job delivering a firm, effective massage.
Right off the bat the environment is immensely warm and inviting. The front desk staff are professional and extremely friendly. If you’re having a bad day that’s your place to be, everyone was so happy.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
