From the reviews

This location is a calming, peaceful environment to be in. Joy at the front desk was prompt and amiable, ensuring an easy hand off to my therapist. Raven was an excellent practitioner who made sure that I was comfortable the entire time.

★★★★★ — Grace, Apr 2026

From the moment I walked in I was greeted so lovely by the front desk receptionist. She was kind, personable, and a pleasure to chat with while I waited. My massage therapist, Lauren, immediately found all of my problem areas from the case history we discussed, and went above and beyond to massage some inflammation…

★★★★★ — Ashley, Mar 2026

I've been shopping around for a reasonably priced massage provider and landed with massage heights and have been going for over 6 months now. They have a great selection of therapists who provide you with a customizable experience. I've made my way through 3 therapists and found one who fits my needs!

★★★★☆ — Dylan, Dec 2025

This was my first time getting a massage from Katelyn and it was incredible! I told her that I have a lot of tightness in my neck and chest. She was really good about finding the areas to apply pressure and worked not my pectoral and armpits. I left feeling amazing and finally got some relief n the areas of concern.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
