First time was today, my husband booked me with Clint because I need strong pressure to get the most out of it. Clint was knowledgeable, respectful, easy to talk to and very likable. The massage was AMAZING. He is so professional and really good at what he does. The ladies up front were sweet, fun and accommodating.
I went to see Erika on Friday and let me say this is the best massage I ever had. I have had massages for over 20 years and never had one this good. I loved the fact that she focused on my knots and took away a pain I had in my hip for months! I’m getting a membership because of her and we are locked in!
Joel is soft spoken and has a nice balance of listening or talking when I’m up for a chat. He has the ability to adjust from soft to firm pressure when needed. He always asks if I need anything else. He’s extremely consistent in his ability to work on my requests.
I had Crystal for the first time. I’m military and workout on the regular so I’ve been pretty stiff for years. She was able to get out some extremely painful knots that have been ailing me for a long time!! I can say she’s the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Highly recommend and 5 stars Crystal!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
