From the reviews

I had an incredible massage with Mariah! She was absolutely amazing — so kind, professional, and truly skilled at what she does. I came in with a lot of tension and pain, and she knew exactly how to target the problem areas. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and pain-free.

I had a wonderful experience at Massage Heights Abilene! Victoria was my massage therapist, and she did a fabulous job from start to finish. She made me feel completely comfortable, and her technique was both relaxing and effective. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and well taken care of.

I had a wonderful time at Massage Heights. First, I experienced both of their lymphatic compression suit treatments. It was 20 minutes on the top and 30 minutes on the lower half. Multiple settings can give you customized care. Afterwards, I had a delightful therapeutic massage from Lauren.

★★★★★ — Sandra, May 2026

Fantastic experience! It started with Jacob at the front desk. He was amazing with answering my questions and familiarizing me with the different plans and services. Then Renae did an amazing job with my massage, taking extra care of trouble spots because I have physically disabilities.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
