From the reviews
I, Personally would like to share my awesome, professional experience conducted by Acupuncturist, Krystal Ashworth, MSOM, L.Ac., Dr. Ashworth explain in full details the procedures on what was going to take place. The care was very comfortable, honestly I, felt much better once the procedures were completed.
Krystal changed my life! When I lived in Abilene, I was going for treatment every week (I had alot going on) and after a couple months, every other week. She was the first accupuncture experience I had but let me tell you, she is the best at what she does and she listens to you.
Krystal is amazing at what she does. I didn't even feel any of the needles! She cured me of a popping jaw that has plagued me for years in just 2 minutes. That's not even what I showed up for. A bonus from all the questions she asked me before she began. She really knows her field and is pleasant to be around.
Wonderful experience. I am here for my 3rd treatment. Krystal is very sweet, and knows now to pin point your problem.( yes. Pun intended)
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
