From the reviews
I've known many therapist over the years. None have the depth of skill Jessica shows each visit. She is much more than just a "massage" she offers true healing services. If it hurts, odds are she can reduce the pain or relieve it 100%. I tell her what hurts, she does the rest. After I'm great and great for weeks.
Jessica is very skilled and knowledgable in her work/art! She has completed extensive training to help heal the body and it shows. She worked on parts of my body I had no idea were connected to my back and neck pain, but they were. I promise you, you will walk out feeling like a brand new person! Thank YOU!
I was diagnosed with TMJ issues and visited a specialist in TMJ. The “phase I” treatment was going to cost just under $10,000. After consulting with my regular dentist, she suggested finding a massage therapist to see if I could get some relief.
Jessica and Denise are both so knowledgeable about the body and how it works. It is not just a regular massage, you get work done that is so much more than just a relaxing massage. They are great for anyone of any age. Young or older alike benefit from their knowledge.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
