From the reviews
I received a table massage with Tracy at Thrive and it was fantastic! She is incredibly sweet and makes sure you feel comfortable the entire time. This was my first time ever getting a massage and it was such a wonderful experience. I’ll absolutely be doing it again :)
Therapist does a super job with meeting needs of the client. My neck and back need special attention, and she does a great job working out the cricks, sore muscles, and hypertension during my chair massage. Jayne k
Tracy is great! Believe I’ve had 3 chair massages from her now and I always feel relaxed and feel stress relief!! Thank you, Tracy!!
Tracey is always incredibly nice and always makes the massages very personal. I highly recommend her!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
