From the reviews

I was recommended to Greg by my Trainer and have been seeing him for the past 5 months. I’ve never felt better. His stretching techniques, massage and cupping are the best. Even my Chiropractor asked me what have I been doing differently. He was impressed. I come weekly without fail.

★★★★★ — Sandra, Aug 2019

I have been seeing Greg for the past 3 years. He was recommended to me by my daughter. At first I was skeptical to see a male massage therapist. But I must say.....Greg is the best massage therapist I have been to. He listens intently and knows exactly what I need every time I visit his office. He is very professional.

★★★★★ — Aida, Aug 2019

Greg is an awesome neuromuscular therapist and an amazing person. He squeezed my wife in after he was closed on a Saturday because she was in severe pain. He identified the cause of pain gave her a great massage and recommended a chiropractor. My wife was pain free the same day. Thanks Greg!

★★★★★ — Trever, Aug 2021

Greg is incredibly talented. He provides an excellent atmosphere of comfort and professionalism. I was referred by a mutual friend who knew with my multiple back surgeries I was in need of a highly trained individual.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
