I had a great experience at Dr. Taylor’s office. The overall office experience was smooth and I didn’t wait long before being seen. Dr. Taylor really took time to listen and understand my specific issues rather than rushing through the appointment.
Dr Jen is very good she is very knowledgeable. I had chronic lower back pain and one treatment I was better 25 % . She has very polite staff and I would definitely highly recommend Dr Jen once you take her treatment you will never want to change your Chiropractor.
My daughter and I have been frequently over the past few weeks and we always feel so much better! Dr Jen is awesome and doesn’t do any unnecessary adjustments just for the sake of doing them, which is so important to us. Isabella is so friendly and efficient at the front office and assisting! What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
