From the reviews
Dr Mark is a true professional. He is dedicated to his patients in need of healing . I have been to many Accupunture places and his technique and knowledge surpassed all . He is a medical doctor as well , giving him a complete understanding on how to treat the body as a whole .
Dr. Mark is a wonderful and caring acupuncturist. He helps with all sorts of conditions ranging from chronic pain to migraine relief. Sessions typically range around an hour or longer depending on your needs. He also has an office in the South Hills for convenience. Highly recommended!
Dr Li helped my lingering pain and discomfort issues. I highly recommend
I have received treatment from Dr Li for 5 years. I had low back pain and Dr Li just kept trying different things until he hit on a winning solution. He also treated my depression and anxiety related to being in chronic pain. He is an MD with a variety of experience including gynecology and neurology.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
