From the reviews
I went to see Dr. Mark after experiencing severe pain in my neck. He spent significant time examining me and ordered an MRI to confirm the appropriate course of treatment. Through regular visits my neck pain has disappeared. Not only does Dr.
dr mark is very thorough and knowledgeable. he has helped me with a lot of neck back shoulder knee and hand pain. he can quickly identify what is going on and the best treatments. after a few visits with him you will feel so much better.
Dr. Mark and everyone in the office are absolutely amazing. I drive an hour each way to go to my appointments simply because they are the best and most knowledgeable in the state. My injury is healing so rapidly with both acupuncture and home therapy that I feel years younger and stronger.
Dr. Mark Stagg is my go-to doctor for any pain or issues I’m having. In fact, my whole family sees him! As a chronic migraine sufferer, and one with severe TMJ, Dr Stagg has provided me incredible relief through Accupuncture and gentle chiropractic.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
