From the reviews
Cupping is the only thing that helps with my neck and back pain/muscle spasms. Mariano is very educated when it comes to this and good at identifying a patient’s areas of concern. He is thorough, truly cares and provides excellent patient care. Definitely recommend him!
I have never had cupping done before but I have had heard of many successful stories. I just had a hip replacement and wanted to continue to promote healing. My wife suggested Mariano to me because his treatments worked on her and she was more than happy with the results.
The staff was incredibly professional and knowledgeable offering recommendations to treatments that produced excellent results. I walked away with noticeably better mobility and better pain management.
I have had bad tension head aches for at least 4 years now and I started going to Mariano to get cupped and have not a headache since!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
