From the reviews

I had my first massage experience with Ellie and it was everything I hoped for and more - I store tension in my neck and shoulders and it’s always painful, and for a full week after, I had no tension! I’ve never had a massage experience like that before!!

★★★★★ — Caitlin, Dec 2024

Ellie was fantastic, started off with a few deep breaths and I could just feel her energy in the room. She addressed my areas of concern. It was a nice and relaxing massage for the most part but when she found knots in my back she wasn’t shy to up the force and really get in there and work them out.

★★★★★ — Dominic, Oct 2024

I had a great experience with Ellie recently. I have struggled to find someone that has the right style for me. I felt like all of my 'problem' areas were addressed in my session and I thought her style was unique.

★★★★★ — Molly, Oct 2025

Ellie, I want to express my gratitude for the refreshing energy and techniques you shared today. The impact I’m experiencing—both physically and energetically—is truly profound. Your approach carries a unique quality, an energetic gift that resonates deeply.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
