From the reviews
Mantis Massage is a great place with highly skilled and intuitive massage therapists. It’s almost like they can read your mind and body as to what you need. I’ve had sessions with a few of the therapists, and they have all been amazing. That being said, I find myself continually returning to see Hannah.
Went to the Airport blvd location and Hannah helped me. I came in with pretty bad neck, shoulder and upper back pain. While Hannah was working on me, I swear I crossed over to the other side a couple times. That’s how good the massage felt. They hit all the problem areas perfectly and saved me during a busy weekend.
My first visit at Mantis and I will definitely be back! Hannah gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. They asked lots of questions to understand what I was hoping to get out of my massage, and I left feeling so relaxed. I highly recommend Hannah and Mantis!
I had the best time at Mantis with Erika! Upon arriving the space is very clean and esthetically pleasing. I was greeted by Erika who I then told it was my first time getting a professional massage. She took her time explaining and asking questions which made me feel very comfortable.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
