From the reviews

Great massage! My bf saw Chris .. he does myofascial release and really helped my bf release a lot from his pecs and back. I had Phillip, his style is long deep pressure. He worked on my feet and calves and it hurt so good! My only issue is it would helpful to listed what therapist specialized in .

Had a wonderful experience at F+F! I was able to schedule an appointment the day of, which is hard to come by in Austin. Philip was kind, knowledgeable, and paid attention to my specific problem areas. Office is cute and clean and they also offer CBD oil and cupping as well. Will def be coming back.

Liz is an absolute legend. For weeks, I've been suffering super tight knots in my upper back, particularly in the rhomboid major/trapezius area (due to sitting at a desk all day and poor posture).

So lucky to have stumbled upon this pocket of paradise in the hustle and bustle of downtown. Felt an immediate sense of calmness upon walking in. I had Stacy, who was great and informative! As well I really enjoyed the brief advice after,it was new for me as not many other places do that.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
