I reached out to Yun who is always my go to. She got me in with Charlie on an hours notice. I was hesitant at first, and I went in with anxiety and agitation through the roof.. let me tell you, this man is AMAZING.
Yun is amazing but yesterday I saw Sarajane. She asked about my trouble areas and desired pressure (the deeper the better). She was awesome and took care of everything I needed. I will definitely book with her again!
OMG.... My hip has been out of the place a few weeks now even after the chiropractor. Now he's on vacation. My usual physical therapist canceled on me so I called Yun. She was able to get me in the next day. Both my hips are back in place. My knee is back in place.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
