From the reviews
Got a concussion and ended up with post concussion syndrome (had no idea this existed) and every single MD told me that I had to deal with the migraines and pain until my body healed (which could take years) and my mom went to Mahle for back pain so he told her to bring me there.
Both Dr. Mahle and Dr. Nessler are wonderful Chiropractors. I've been a chiro-believer for many years. BUT, getting the right Chiropractor who knows what they are doing is the key to a positive experience. I feel so lucky to have them here in town. Office is very clean and professional.
Professional and knowledgeable. Every doctor on the team has shown me patience and attention to detail. They have helped me through some major issues. Can't even imagine where I'd be without these guys!
Fantastic staff, well experienced and knowledgeable professionals, and very caring. Certainly people of character who dedicate themselves to making others feel well again.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
