What clients say about the cupping here
“Great staff, friendly, professional, Doctor knows her profession well, uses the hammer for adjustments and has available other treatments❤️”
From the reviews
Debra and her staff are absolutely wonderful! They are always so friendly and accommodating. Debi has on more than one occasion fit me and/or my 12 year old daughter in for adjustments on moments notice.
Best chiropractor i’ve Ever been to! The staff is always so nice and always accommodates your needs!! Highly recommended !!!
After my triplet pregnancy, I was told that there were just some things I was going to have to get used to. When my left leg was numb for three days, I finally decided to go to the chiropractor that my husband sees. This staff is amazing! I was immediately put at ease and she essentially fixed me in less than a week.
Dr. Simari has been treating my back for 11 years and she is the best and most caring dr. I have ever seen.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
