From the reviews
Beautiful studio space, very clean, great environment. I love the staff and have had a lot of classes with Melynda, Alina, Kyle, Jaque, Cindy, and Kristen. I love that each instructor has a different style and flow for each class.

Quickly found the peaceful & loving community I was looking for at LYC. The hot yoga is a nice change for me, and I LOVE the variety of warm & unheated yoga classes. Beautiful studio, wonderful owners, incredibly compassionate teachers. Be sure to check out the awesome promo if you’re a new member!
Highly recommend. A friend and I attended their yoga nigra sound bath and it was wonderful. Mary was gracious as we arrived and I felt supported during the class. Top notch. i love the sense of community they have created there.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
